SuperNatural Success: Farmers Creamery Set To Expand

Farmers Creamery in Wellman, the producer of Kalona SuperNatural organic fluid milk and butter products, is looking to expand.
"What's driving a lot of this is that the Kalona SuperNatural brand has experienced significant growth," said Mindy Seiffert, director of marketing for the company. "In some of the categories that we play in, we're up by about 40 percent over last year and we've been obviously increasing every year."
The creamery plans to add a new quality lab and additional milk-processing facilities. The business also partnered with Farmer's Hen House of Kalona to purchase a 40,000-square-foot building outside of Frytown.
