Colastanti's Cheese Master Wins Silver Medal In World Cheese Contest

Growing up in Switzerland, Urs Pfister listened as his father and grandfather talked of their work making cheese.
Pfister learned the trade, becoming a certified cheese master.
Now at 64, the Milford resident has won a silver medal for a sublime cheese spread he created working at Colasanti’s Market in Highland.
