Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. (Reser’s) and St. Clair Foods, Inc. (St. Clair) announced an agreement for Reser’s to acquire St. Clair, a premier manufacturer of refrigerated deli salads, frozen side dishes and frozen entrees, primarily for the foodservice industry.
