This agreement will ensure the continuity and future development of an essential industry resource. The phased upgrade of the Meat Buyer’s Guide is set to begin with an initial print run in December 2024, followed by a comprehensive update and re-release scheduled for 2025.

Celebrating 60 Years of the American Meat Science Association

This year marks a significant milestone for the American Meat Science Association (AMSA) as it celebrates its 60th anniversary. Since 1964 when the Livestock and Meat Board had a vision and created AMSA, it has developed as a leading authority in the meat science industry.

AMSA Announces Tuesday Morning Keynote Speakers

The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) will be welcoming the meat science community to the 75th Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC) June 12-15, 2022, in Des Moines, Iowa, USA. The Tuesday morning Keynote Session, sponsored by American Foods Group, will discuss “How Culture, Core Values, and Existing Talent: Impact Attracting and Retaining New Talent, While Influencing Positive and Productive Change.”
