Bakers, Food and Ag Groups Request Next Highest Priority for Receiving COVID-19s Vaccine

In a letter addressed to President Donald J. Trump, the American Bakers Association (ABA), along with more than a dozen food, agriculture, retail, and consumer packaged goods industry groups, requested food and agriculture workers receive the next highest priority for a COVID-19 vaccine, once available, behind healthcare workers, first responders, and high-risk individuals.

Announcing ABA’s NextGenBaker Virtual Leadership Series

After much consideration and given the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, ABA has made the decision to postpone the in-person September 2020 NextGenBaker Leadership Forum until September 2021. However, we are excited to announce the NextGenBaker Virtual Leadership Series, which will take place from July-December 2020.

The American Bakers Association 2020 Technical Conference is going virtual with ABA TechCon Beyond. Given the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, ABA has made the decision to move from an in-person event in Kansas City, MO to a virtual experience.
