Sullivan Harbor Farm Smokehouse (SHF), Maine’s premier artisanal smokehouse, will be showcasing its line-up of specialty smoked salmon and seafood products at the winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco on January 19 (10am -5pm), January 20 (10am -5pm), and Jan 21 (10am - 4pm), 2014, as part of the Maine International Trade Center (booth 5704).
SHF offers some of the world’s finest and freshest smoked salmon. SHF’s hand- cured, locally sourced, artisanally smoked specialty products include cold and hot smoked salmon, gravlax, double-smoked salmon, smoked salmon pate and Dave’s Bacon (double cold smoked salmon brushed with pure maple syrup), as well as smoked scallops, mussels, shrimp, trout and arctic char.
At the show, SHF will introduce its new tequila-Infused smoked salmon, including single-smoked salmon fillets and double-smoked bite-sized chunks of salmon. Created especially for the show using Partida Tequila, SHF’s tequila-infused smoked salmon combines the earthy, sweet flavor of agave with the tartness of fresh lime juice and the finishing polish of the tequila. SHF is the only smokehouse offering these one-of-a-kind, extremely flavorful smoked salmon products.
Sunday, January 19, 12PM-3PM Exclusive press tasting of tequila-infused single-smoked and double-smoked salmon. New product quantities are limited. Outside of the Sunday preview, press are encouraged to schedule a time to visit the booth (#5704) to ensure they are able to try SHF’s tequila-infused smoked salmon.
Monday, January 20, 11AM-3PM Meet Chef Grégoire Jacquet, chef-owner of Grégoire Restaurants in Berkeley and Oakland, CA. A long-time aficionado of SHF’s products, Chef Grégoire will share his favorite SHF recipes and best ways to serve SHF’s hot and cold smoked salmon.
