Every bite has a story, and we believe in supporting sustainable food choices. Join us for a delicious sampling of Sustainable Halibut and Sustainable Wines. Our Seafood guru Charley will demonstrate how to cut a fresh, whole halibut and cook it. Sample the tasty halibut with Sustainable wine pairings selected by wine guru David.
