Rancho Dominguez, CA, April 1, 2018 – Roger O’Brien, President and CEO of Santa Monica Seafood, announced the Company has completed its acquisition of certain assets and the assumption of certain liabilities of Seattle Fish Company of New Mexico, Inc. (“SFNM”).
Roger O’Brien said, “This was a fairly quick transaction from start to finish with no bumps in the road along with way. This is a tribute to the well run operations and good quality people Craig Risk pulled together at Seattle Fish Company of New Mexico over the years.”
Santa Monica Seafood has hired all existing SFNM personnel, has retained all of SFNM’s facilities, has retained the existing operational name, and will run the operations as a separate, stand-alone division of Santa Monica Seafood. Darrin Amador will be in charge of this division and Santa Monica Seafood intends to use its customer and supplier relationships to help strengthen and grow this division.
