
At any time in the last five years, there would have been space to employ a busload of workers at a Wellington lobster processor, Acadian Supreme Inc.
But the workers aren’t there, says operations manager Lynn Rayner.
It’s a problem faced by food and beverage processors across the country, according to a new report from Food Processing Skills Canada, a non-profit organization representing Canadian processors.
