The N.C. Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores will feature four Swansboro restaurants in January in its continuing Succulent Seafood series.
The aquarium is partnering with local chefs restaurants to offer recipes and tips on preparing fresh local seafood. Sessions are 2 p.m. and include a taste-test of a featured dish. This months schedule is: Jan. 6 at Ice House Restaurant; Jan. 13 at Riverside Steak & Seafood; Jan. 20 at White Oak River Bistro; and Jan. 27 at Nickys in Swansboro.
Sessions are $15 per person and advanced registration is required.
