Mac's Seafood has purchased a Wellfleet shellfish business.
Mac's, which runs three area retail fish markets, two restaurants and a whole processing facility, plans to increase the types of fish sold through the Wellfleet Shellfish Company.
Wellfleet Shellfish runs a 5,000 square foot processing plant in Eastham, selling clams and oysters nationwide.
