We’re offering beautiful fresh Black Cod (Sablefish) from local fishermen David and Garret Rose as we head into this weekend and beyond.
David and his son Garret, focus on low volume, high quality production of California’s finest seafood. The Rose family operates 2 vessels, the Nikki J and the Taurus, and call Morro Bay their home port. Garret, part of a new generation of fishermen entering California’s resurgent commercial fishing ranks, is also a Business Ag major at Cal Poly university, San Luis Obispo. He is focusing his efforts on applying modern business and technological principals to his passion, harvesting some of California’s finest commercial seafood.
