ASMI Issues New Salmon Quality Videos

ASMI produced a new series of videos providing guidelines for the handling of salmon in order to best preserve their quality.
The five videos cover general quality guidelines, as well as handling tips for various catch methods/vessel types.
The videos are aimed at harvester and industry education, and are available on YouTube and on our website.
