Sodexo will offer the campus community an innovative dining services program through a professionally directed, energized and collaborative effort.

Sodexo's commitment includes Simply to Go, a well-balanced health food option with an emphasis on quick, nutritious options; this will be available in all residential areas as well as Mindful by Sodexo, offering a healthy and delicious collection of recipes created by executive chefs and registered dietitians. In addition, Aspretto will be provided in The Canteen, serving 100 percent ethically sourced tea and coffee.
Customized specifically for The Citadel, Sodexo's Fresh Kitchen will provide pizza, deli sandwiches, salads and soups. Other features provided for The Citadel include a fully-licensed Chick-fil-A, Starbucks and mobile ordering.
The Citadel is a landmark in Charleston and South Carolina that is noted for its educational reputation as well as its rich history. Founded in 1842, The Citadel has an undergraduate student body of 2,300 students who make up the South Carolina Corps of Cadets, which is nationally known and draws students from 45 states and 12 countries.
