A family-owned distribution company in Temecula has for 42 years been delivering goods through the back doors of restaurants across Southern California.
Their ability to nimbly adapt to clients’ needs recently landed Southwest Traders a rich, $650 million five-year contract with Panera Bread, a bakery chain known for its soup bowls, sandwiches and pastries. The company will supply everything except produce to 250 Panera locations across California, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
