BIXBY – The new Reasor's supermarket in Bixby allows the chain to expand on its strategy of offering higher-end foods and amenities at some of its locations.
The meat and seafood departments alone carry a variety of not-so-common products.
Elk and buffalo meat are offered, and a locker for dry-aging beef is in operation.
A real, full-bodied eel and an octopus show their not-so-friendly faces in the seafood case to exhibit the store's international flair, along with a sockeye salmon.
