Orlando Sentinel Names CHEP A Leading Central Florida Employer

Orlando, Fla. – The Orlando Sentinel named CHEP, an industry leader in pallet and container pooling solutions, among the leaders in the newspaper’s annual list of Top 100 Companies for Working Families. The list is split between companies with 250 or more employees and companies with 249 or less employees, and CHEP is ranked 18th among the larger employers.

CHEP and other companies selected, including several CHEP partners, were featured in a special supplement of the August 7, 2011 issue of The Orlando Sentinel.

The Orlando Sentinel invites family friendly companies in Central Florida to submit applications for the Top 100 Companies for Working Families list every year. The application for the “Top 100” includes a series of questions designed to determine the core benefits, family-related benefits, work environment, communication and training offered to employees.

CHEP USA Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Kathleen Harris, said: “The entire team at CHEP is honored to be named by The Orlando Sentinel as one of the best companies for working families in Central Florida. We are dedicated to providing a family-friendly work environment and are constantly working to ensure that our associates have a proper balance between work and home.”
