There is no sugar, coloring, oil, starch or any preservatives added. They are baked in stone ovens. The pitas are fully baked and "flash frozen" resulting in a 15 month frozen shelf life. Every pita always has a perfect pocket and holds up to whatever filling is used. All varieties are available in regular wheat and whole grain, whole wheat. The whole wheat has 40% fewer calories than regular pita and is very high in fiber. It is certified Kosher and Hallal. Available in 6 piece retail packaging and food service packaging as well.
