The former Dominick’s grocery store in Northfield will reopen as a Mariano’s on Feb. 25, executives confirmed Thursday.
The Northfield store will be the second of 11 Dominick’s locations converted to the Mariano’s banner, with the previously announced Park Ridge reopening scheduled for Feb. 18.
Milwaukee-based Roundy's Supermarkets, the parent company of Mariano's, acquired the Dominick’s stores last month for $36 million. Five locations were closed Dec. 28, with renovations set to begin later this month.
