Legacy Foodservice Alliance Hosts Leadership Conference

Legacy Foodservice Alliance held its annual Leadership Conference, in conjunction with its recent Fall Marketplace in Richmond. “This event continues to gain momentum both in attendance, and excitement exhibited by the participants,” said Don Hughes, Legacy COO.

The Leadership conference was facilitated by the Eure Consulting Group from Charlottesville, Virginia and focused specifically on stages of growth for many businesses. The overall theme was “What Brought You Here . . . May Not Take You There – Leading Your Growing Business”, and the Eure Group focused on ways in which Leaders must grow and change as their businesses go through various stages of growth.

Keynote speaker, Robert K. Irving, Co-Chief Executive Officer, J.D. Irving Limited, kicked off the Leadership Conference with a strong presentation about building a strong team and a strong culture to enable growth.
