Glen Allen, VA – Legacy Foodservice Alliance is pleased to announce its recent hire of Barry Roach, who joined the Legacy team as Director of Marketing.
Barry Roach comes with a wealth of experience within the foodservice industry, most recently as the marketing director at a Richmond-based produce distributer. Prior to that, 20 years was spent in retail advertising and marketing management with Ukrop’s, a family-owned grocery chain that operated in Richmond, VA for more than 70 years.
Working closely with the sales and procurement teams, Barry will be responsible for the marketing of Legacy programs, events and brands in the market, and in the industry says Don Hughes, COO. Hughes adds, “Barry will allow us to refine current programs, create new initiatives and offer a variety of targeted marketing services to our customers.”
