Kroger Co. — the parent company of Fry’s Food Stores — has leased a former Target distribution center in west Phoenix.
Kroger has leased 200,090 square feet at 6111 W. Washington Street.
The space, which includes cold storage, was previously home to a Target (NYSE: TGT) food distribution center.
Target moved those operations to San Bernardino County in California.
