Established in 1991 and located in Lubbock, Texas, Southwest Foodservice is a full-service brokerage company with 10 employees dedicated to fulfilling the needs of all industry segments.
With a combined 50 years of foodservice industry experience, Southwest owners Barry Blalock and Robbie Sterling are committed to the professional, ethical and profitable representation of products and services to the market on behalf of its principal companies.
