Hyvee’s Grand Buffet Serves Up A World Of Food

HyVee made a big splash this fall when it unveiled its quantities-of-quality approach to food shopping. The supermarket provides the same splendor of choices for in-house dining as well.

Consider the Grand Buffet, one of the all-time great bargains you’re likely to find. In-house diners can cruise among four food areas: home-style American, salads and desserts, Italian and Chinese. Cost: $9.99; $6.99 for seniors, $4.99 for children under 12.

Cases are constantly replenished by way of the perpetual motion in the kitchens. Servers at each station stand ready to comply with customers’ requests.

Diners have a plethora of options, Kitchen Manager Jay Herlein said.
