This is the same company that bought 146 Albertons and Safeway stores earlier this year, including stores in Eugene and Springfield.
In its filing, Haggen has alleged that Albertsons singled it out for speeding its approval of merger with Safeway.
The filing comes roughly a week after Haggen files suit against Albertsons relating to a deal which allowed it to grow from an 18 store regional grocer to 164 stores through the purchase of Albertson’s locations in December 2014.
