Boise, Idaho – Golbon announces that industry executive Rick Weis has joined the organization as Director of Member Development, Northeast Region. His industry experience spans over 30 years, having held senior leadership positions for foodservice buying groups as well as distributors.
Rick’s experience ranges from purchasing, marketing, project management, broker management, promotional activity and category management. Rick will be responsible for developing and expanding the Golbon Northeast Region and will maintain an office in Columbus, OH.
Also joining Golbon is Pamala Padilla as Golbon Director of Procurement.
Pamala is an industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the foodservice distribution industry, most recently with Performance Food Group. Her experience includes local level procurement and marketing, to corporate category management, supplier negotiations, and product branding.
Pamala will be driving key purchasing initiatives that include: brand development, committed volume programs, RFP negotiations, and other earned income opportunities. Pam will be relocating to Boise from Richmond, VA.
