San Antonio, TX — Food Safety Net Services (FSNS), a leader in the microbial, chemical testing and auditing of food and nutraceutical products for the food safety industry, announced the appointment of Mark Griffin as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Griffin joins the company with over 25 years’ of experience executing successful corporate strategies that drive growth.
In his new role at FSNS, Griffin will leverage his diverse experience in corporate leadership to increase customer service and assist with market development. As part of this role, Griffin will lead the sales team and oversee Customer Service and Marketing.
“Griffin is a talented individual who brings a broad range of experience to our growing organization — including a strategic perspective coupled with exceptional customer interfacing skills,” said John Bellinger, FSNS CEO. “Griffin’s extensive background in planning strategy and executing customer service plans will be a great asset for FSNS,” he added.
Before joining FSNS, Griffin held multiple sales management positions including vice president of sales and marketing at Trans-Tel Central and senior vice president of sales and marketing at Pac-West Telecomm. In these positions, Griffin developed multi-tiered geographically disbursed sales organizations in addition to focusing on new product development and strengthening company branding. He previously served as president and chief executive officer at TexLink Communications, and has extensive experience in finance, strategic planning and business development.
Griffin holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. He earned his bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
