St. Cloud-based grocery retailer Coborn's Inc. will debut its redesigned grocery store concept with the opening of its Isanti location Wednesday, Aug. 17.
In a statement, Chris Coborn, Coborn's president and chief executive, said the new store model is one way the company is striving to meet changing customer demands.
"The store really focuses on our fresh perimeter departments, yet has all the everyday essential grocery items that any guest routinely shops for at a grocery store," Coborn said.
