Salinas, CALIF – Church Brothers Farms, a leading grower/processor/shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, will display its full line of value added items at SEPC 2016 in booth #503 including Kale Color Crunch, a new item that is building sales in the United States and Canada.
In addition, the company will debut a new item, Baby Kale Medley, a blend of black-green and red baby kale leaves with wild arugula in a 3×1-pound bag now selling to the foodservice channel. Arugula gives the layered blend a mild nutty to peppery flavoring combined with the earthy flavor of baby kale.
Jeff Church, vice president of sales, said the strength of attending this regional show is in the ability it affords to connect with customers in a one day show format.
