The United States Potato Board (USPB) debuted the new “Potato Lovers Club” program at a top food blogger conference in Seattle, WA, in September.
The goal of the program is to gather healthful potato recipes and high-caliber photography from influential bloggers to add to the USPB’s recipe database on PotatoGoodness.com and use in the weekly recipe email and on USPB social media properties. The conference participation was part of the USPB’s partnership with the National Beef Check-off (NBCO) and also included sampling healthful beef and potato recipes to the 300+ food bloggers at the conference.
