The Little Potato Company celebrated construction of its first US-based plant on Wednesday, June 29 in DeForest, Wisconsin.
The new facility will process the Company’s full line of Creamers using new state-of-the-art equipment that will wash, sort and package 17 million lbs in just its first year of operation in 2017. This will increase exponentially as more local growers plant and harvest new crops.
