Sweet, Tart Apricots In Season Now

You've probably already seen apricots, peaches, plums and nectarines in stores. Only recently have they started reaching peak quality, both locally and in out-of-state growing areas, such as Georgia, California and Florida. Because of this year's awesome Texas peach crop, a lot of supermarkets are carrying Texas peaches. At farmers markets, you'll find Texas peaches and plums, plus a few local apricots.
