Pure Flavor Promotes Healthy Living For Kids

Leamington, ON – Pure Hot House Foods Inc. sponsored Leamington Triathlon Weekend which included a Kids of Steel race and Tomatoman Competition. It is an extension of an ongoing commitment to support better living and healthy eating for our children, our youth and our future.

“We truly believe in the importance of active living.” said Jamie Moracci, President.  “It starts in the early years by providing fun activities and encouragement to increase physical activity levels which will impact their lifestyle patterns and habits in their adult life.

Staying active is an essential part of better living; along with healthy eating builds a healthy body and is important for maintaining a healthy body weight.

Pure Hot House Foods asks everyone to contribute to improve awareness among children of healthy eating and of choices for a healthier lifestyle.

KIDS OF STEEL (KOS) triathlons are designed to offer kids and young adults the opportunity to experience the sport of triathlon in a positive environment. The distances are much shorter than those in adult triathlons, and change as participants mature. Most kids are fit enough to finish a KOS triathlon successfully and have fun at the same time.
