Orlando, Fla. – The National Mango Board (NMB) will host a Mango Food Safety webinar on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 4 p.m. (EST) with keynote speaker Dr. Bob Whitaker, Chief Science & Technology Officer of Produce Marketing Association (PMA). Dr. Whitaker will discuss food safety and FDA procedures and regulations during produce inspections. Participation in this webinar is free and registration for the event is quick and easy.
“This educational webinar is designed for the mango industry to get a better understanding of mango food safety requirements moving forward,” said NMB Executive Director William Watson. The NMB encourages mango industry members to join the webinar, as they will have the opportunity to ask questions during the session. This webinar will be conducted in English.
