Market Fresh would like to announce the promotion of Stacy Holthaus as the new Director of Procurement. In his new position, Holthaus’ primary responsibility is to lead and assist with development of procurement staff, oversee all pricing functions, performance of all categories, and establish new supply channels.
Holthaus previously served as a Category Manager where he oversaw our tomato and pepper programs. He was responsible for negotiating cost of goods, in addition to developing and maintaining good relationships with our global supply network.
