Laguna Beach, CALIFORNIA, USA—Erich Hinrichs, based in Hamburg, Germany, joins Novelle after many years as expert in Europe, Scandinavia and Russia fresh produce operations. He pioneered produce sourcing from Latin America and Africa for West and East Europe, and for Scandinavia and Russia. John Musser of Boston, MA comes to Novelle with a wealth of supply chain management experience. He has participated in many company restructuring and turnaround projects.

Erich Hinrichs was General Sales Manager of a major global produce company in Europe where he directed sales and marketing, and coordinated shipping and discharge programs to meet customer requirements. He developed and implemented trade and consumer advertising and promotion programs in various countries. Erich remains active as seminar lecturer in EU countries on banana marketing and handling. He is a graduate of the Stanford University/INSEAD Advance Management Program.
John Musser has thirty years’ experience in fresh produce in supply chain management including logistics, distribution and production operations, grower relations and finance. He has expertise in structuring and refining complex multifunctional organizations and in transferring hands-on experience to advisory and interim situations. John is a graduate of Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business Management.
