In addition, she is the current Vice Chair of the Golden Empire Gleaners, a local food bank. She is a graduate of Leadership Bakersfield through the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce and a former member of The Council of 100 at CSUB.

“With agriculture being such a large part of Kern County and the livelihood of many residents, I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of this industry. Knowing that local growers are providing food we bring home to our families is one thing, but to be a part of a company and learn the inner-workings of the process to get the produce to the stores and in our homes brings a sense of enthusiasm for me. My father and his siblings were raised in Delano so to work in the area they called home for so many years bring a sense of pride for me as I start this new journey,” said Massey.

Columbine Vineyards is a fourth generation family-owned and operated table grape grower, packer, and shipper located in the heart of California’s San Joaquin Valley.
