ROCKFORD – If you visit some grocery stores in Wisconsin or the Chicago area you can soon expect to find a piece of the Stateline.
"Kale, spinach, will have arugula," says BrightFarms General Manager Patti Williams.
All those veggies and more will pop up still under the rays of the sun but also under the shelter of a Rochelle greenhouse.
"It's still farming. It's farming in a greenhouse though in a controlled environment," Williams said. "So it's not just something that's available from May to September it's available 12 months a year."
