SALINAS, Ca. – Tanimura & Antle, leading grower & shipper of premium fresh produce, has announced the addition of Amy Voogd Pemberton (Director of Retail, VMI, and Delivered Sales), Sybil Chapple (VMI and Delivered Sales Manager) and Jason Arnaldo (Transportation Manager) to their sales team.

A dedicated and knowledgeable professional, Amy Pemberton has spent her entire career in the produce industry, bringing more than 20 years of experience to her new role as Director of Retail, VMI and Delivered Sales. A native of Salinas, she started working in sales with Fresh Express in 1993. Then in 1997, Amy signed on to the sales desk at Earthbound Farm and was a key contributor to the company’s remarkable growth. Respected by colleagues and customers alike, Amy has managed accounts such as Costco, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Kroger, and Publix.

Sybil Chapple, a second generation Tanimura & Antle employee, is returning to the company following a stint with Tessamae’s All Natural as Fresh Food Development Manager where she helped launch their organic salad kits. Sybil started her career with Tanimura & Antle as an intern while attending college and in 2011 was promoted to Sales Manager, working with Aldi. She left the company in 2016 but returned in 2017 as VMI and Delivered Sales Manager.

Jason Arnaldo brings more than 15 years of experience in fresh logistics to his new role as Transportation Manager for Tanimura & Antle. He spent 13 years in transportation at Fresh Express and then two years with Dole where he oversaw more than 500 delivered shipments per week, led projects to advance operational efficiencies, trained employees, and built long-term relationships with carriers and customers.

“I am delighted that we’re able to expand our sales and service team with such top industry talent,” said Helena Beckett, Senior Director of Retail, VMI, and Delivered Sales. “We’ve always had one of the very best sales teams in the produce industry and adding these outstanding professionals to the mix really takes our commitment to quality, service and innovation to a remarkable place.”
