Try A Little Lamb

Grilled, roasted or braised, lamb is what’s for dinner for many families in
the Tri-State area this Easter.

According to the American Lamb Board, meat sales double during Easter – Sunday,
April 4, this year – and on Passover. But lamb is also a favorite for backyard
grillers because of its ease of use.

“I’d say it makes up 15 to 20 percent of my business during farmers’ market
season,” said Danny Rohrer, of Rohrer’s Meats in Boonsboro.
