Grocery chain Trader Joe’s will soon launch its own vegan burger patties, according to a tip from a store employee.
The employee posted an image of the forthcoming vegan burgers, called “Protein Patties,” in private Facebook group Vegan Trader Joe’s. T
he plant-based patties will contain 18 grams of protein each and the employee estimates that Trader Joe’s will sell a pack of two, four-ounce patties for $3.99.
