A Cincinnati company known for its bacon is branching out with more food offerings as it prepares to move into its new $50 million Fairfield headquarters.
Sugar Creek Packing Co., currently based in Washington Courthouse, is one of the nation's top three manufacturers of ready-to-eat bacon, turkey bacon and meatballs, which are sold under other national brand names. The company hopes to move to a new 165,000-square-foot headquarters at 4235 Thunderbird Lane in Fairfield by the end of this year.

"We’re a non-branded food manufacturing company, and the opportunities that we get often come quickly, and we have to be responsive to our customers' needs, so we’ve made a career of being flexible and being able to adjust."
