Champaign IL – The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the AMSA 67th Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), to be held June 15-18, 2014, at the University of Wisconsin and Kraft Foods Inc./Oscar Mayer in Madison, WI. AMSA, the foremost association of meat science professionals, produces this conference.
AMSA RMC features an interactive program tailored to bring attendees the very best and most inspiring educational experience. From traditional keynote presentations to diverse reciprocation sessions, firsthand information is presented from leading industry experts. The 700 meat science professionals expected for the conference will represent academia, government and industry and will include undergraduate and graduate students in meat, food and animal sciences.
