Pederson’s Natural Farms, leaders in superior all natural and organic meat production, has announced that it has grown its pork product offering with the expansion of their rope sausage line.
“As one of the top providers of all natural pork, we are excited to offer new flavors of our fully cooked rope sausage just in time for grilling season,” said Cody Lane, president of PNF. “We have combined our flavor profiling experience and dedication to our consumers with our already popular rope sausage product line to provide our customers with even more quick, delicious, quality options.”
While Pederson’s Natural Farms is most famous for bacon, Kielbasa is one of their top three biggest sellers with their Sweet German Brand Smoked Sausage rounding out the top five. To date, the pork producer has offered these two flavors along with a Jalapeno Smoked Sausage. Given the demand of these rope sausage varieties, Pederson’s is adding several existing link flavors to their rope line. Those flavors include Smoked Fresh Peppered Polish Sausage, Bratwurst, Smoked Bacon & Pork Sausage, and Smoked Breakfast Sausage. They will be adding one all new flavor, as well: Jalapeno & Cheese Smoked Sausage.
“With eight varieties to choose from, there really is a flavor for every palate,” said Neil Dudley, vice president of PNF. “This is food you can feel good about feeding your family. As with all of our products, our rope sausage has no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, and no added nitrites or nitrates. They are gluten free, MSG free, and, aside from the Jalapeno & Cheese Smoked Sausage, they are lactose free, too.”
In addition to the new flavors, the rope sausage line has received a new label design though the flavors and quality remain the same. The sausage line will hit stores on May 1, 2013 with a suggested retail price of $6.99 per 14 ounce package.
