Session 1, June 5th: Basic Labeling Requirements. Will include label submission and review, generic label approval, extraordinary requests, transfer of labels, and temporary approvals.

Meat labeling can be a daunting task! You’ve got to meet FSIS requirements, provide customers the necessary safety and ingredient information, and somehow fit it all in a limited space. Companies can spend huge time and resources getting it right. And that doesn’t even begin to take into account any special claims your product may have earned. Why not remove the guesswork with this series of webinars on the A-to-Z of labeling topics. Our experts will address the most commonly asked questions while helping you work through the trickiest issues.
