Nah. But there sure is a whole lot of smoking going on. It's a pork paradise along this 80-mile stretch of South Alabama from Beatrice (Bee-at-triss) to Elba. It is the epicenter of sausage.
Or as Monroe Sausage General Manager Jeff Kirshharr puts it: "It's the South."
