MamaMancini's Launches Line Of Antibiotic-Free Meatballs

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — MamaMancini's Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQB: MMMB), an emerging manufacturer and marketer of specialty pre-prepared, frozen and refrigerated "all natural" food products (as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture), announced today it has offered for national distribution a line of both beef and turkey meatball products that are antibiotic and hormone free. The meat in the new products is from animals that were on strict vegetarian diets, free from animal by-products. The two new products are: Slow Cooked Italian Sauce and Antibiotic-Free Beef Meatballs and Slow Cooked Italian Sauce and Antibiotic-Free Turkey Meatballs.

The products have successfully tested in a nationally prominent grocery store chain in the western U.S. over the past 18 months and will now be made available with updated packaging for wide distribution throughout North America. The Company's products are currently available in 7,900 stores, on approximately 24,300 shelves, with each store offering approximately 3.1 SKUs. In 2014, the Company believes it will continue to expand its placement on retailer's shelves as it gains distribution with new retailers and receives additional authorizations from existing customers for its new product offerings.
