Klement’s Sausage Co. said Tuesday it will break ground this week on a $7.5 million expansion of its production facilities on Milwaukee's south side.
The company said it will host a groundbreaking at noon Wednesday "to celebrate the expansion of its flagship facility in Milwaukee," according to a statement. "The company is expanding to meet demand for its products and strengthen its ties to Milwaukee."
Klement's is adding 5,045 square feet and remodeling 11,255 square feet, according to documents filed with the Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services.
