Indiana Packers Corp. will expand its pork processing plant in Delphi, creating up to 91 jobs next year.
The announcement Tuesday was made in Tokyo, Japan, during a meeting between Governor Mike Pence and executives of Mitsubishi Corp., the parent company of Indiana Packers.
The company will invest $40.6 million in a 43,000 square foot addition that is already under construction in Delphi, the company said.
