COLFAX — One year ago, the staff of This Old Farm Meats and Processing was sitting around a kitchen table, exhausted and wondering what to do next.
The night before, on Dec. 27, 2010, the group of about 15 had watched helplessly as a grease fire consumed the building, leaving it a hollowed out shell.
"I remember standing out here watching this place burn, thinking this might be the end of a really great opportunity," account specialist Stacy Antrobus said.
Now, housed in a newly rebuilt facility, the business is thriving.
